Before you read anything else here, you deserve to know where we’re standing and where our hearts are centered.
If you have never looked these verses up we urge you to do so. See for yourself what the Bible says and don’t take our word for it.
There is one God, the Creator of everything, Who exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
These two verses illustrate the three-in-one concept which is shown throughout the Bible. We call this the Trinity. They are co-existent and co-equal. They are also omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent. We know God is literally awesome.
(Matthew 3:16–17; Matthew 28:19)
He is the first person of the Trinity. He is the Creator. He is spirit and He is personal. He takes us as His children when we come to trust in Jesus.
We call Him Father, Abba…Daddy.
(Genesis 1:26; John 4:24; Galatians 4:6; John 14:6)
Jesus is the Son of God. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, and rose bodily from the dead.
We love that He took on human form and He had a body that was broken. He knows what it’s like to be afraid the night before as He was in the garden of Gethsemane right before the cross. When we tell you He understands, we mean it literally — He’s been there.
(John 1:14; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4)
The Holy Spirit lives in every believer and has the role of Helper. He teaches us, prays for us and gives us power.
With the Holy Spirit living in us we can live victorious lives…even with broken bodies.
(John 14:26; Romans 8:26; Acts 1:8)
The Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the true, inspired, and infallible Word of God in the original manuscripts.
We’re not the authority here. We’re two women pointing at One — and inviting you to experience Him with us. His Word is our instruction manual for life.
(John 17:17; 2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21)
Every one of us falls short and is a sinner by nature and by practice. None of us can make ourselves right with God by being good enough. Salvation is a free gift of His grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Jesus applies His righteousness to us, forgives us and makes us new. That is what the cross was all about. But we must take the gift.
We are saved by God’s undeserved grace…are you?
(Romans 3:23; Ephesians 2:8–9; John 3:16; 2 Corinthians 5:17; Romans 10:9–11)
Jesus is coming back, and every believer’s body that was broken here will be transformed and glorified. Every tear will be wiped away. No more death. No more crying. No more pain. We will go to heaven to be with Jesus forever.
That’s not just a nice thought to get you through. It is the real ending and if you are His, it’s yours too. This is our glorious and certain hope.
(Philippians 3:21; Revelation 21:4; 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17)
Because we love you enough to be honest. We don’t believe you’d be healed if you just had more faith. Someone said that to us once, and it was wrong, and it hurt. We won’t say it to you.
We believe God physically heals — we’ve seen it. We also believe He is just as present, just as good, and just as tenderly at work in the rooms where healing hasn’t come yet. Sometimes the healing He brings is in our souls and not our bodies, and that healing is real too.
We don’t have all the answers. But we know the One who does, and we want to sit with you while we wait on Him together.
